Mr Chadha has been appointed Chair of Training for Ophthalmology at the Royal College of Ophthalmologists

Mr Chadha has been appointed Chair of Training for Ophthalmology at the Royal College of Ophthalmologists. He officially took in the role at the Royal College Annual Congress last month. He will oversee all of ophthalmic training in the United Kingdom and will be responsible for over 700 junior eye doctors.

After the first AGM as Chair of Training, he said ‘it’s such an honour and privilege to be serving in this role and contributing to training the future eye surgeons of the country.’ He takes over the mantle from Ms Sarah Maling for an initial term of three years.
